Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order(s) to you as soon as possible. If you place your order from Monday to Friday before 11:00 PM, your order will be delivered to your home the next day. Do you place your order on Saturday or Sunday before 10:00 PM? Then your order will be delivered on Monday.

Ordered Monday to Friday before 11:00 PM = delivered tomorrow.
Ordered Saturday = delivered Monday.
Ordered Sunday before 10:00 PM = delivered Monday.

This may differ on national holidays, and you may experience longer delivery times. These days are: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter, King's Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost and Christmas Day (1st and 2nd).

We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order from Belgium, you will generally receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. Should we, for whatever reason, not be able to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated with the products are exclusive of shipping costs.

Shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands:

Shipping costs for delivery within Belgium:

€6.95 for orders under €60

Delivery
Orders are delivered via PostNL and DHL parcel carriers and can be tracked using a track & trace code. Generally, delivery will take place between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again later or delivered to a neighbor.

During holidays
During holidays, our warehouse can get quite busy. Despite this rush, we do everything we can to ship placed orders as quickly as possible. In this situation, we ask you to keep in mind that your order may take a little longer than you are used to from us.
