Returning something?

Arrange your return in 2 minutes!

Step 1: Register your return via the Returns Portal
Step 2: Place the items in their original packaging and shipping box
Step 3: Affix the return label over the original shipping label
Step 5: Take the package to the nearest PostNL point

Upon receipt of your return, the contents will be inspected to determine if the products have been returned correctly. If this is the case, the amount you paid for the ordered products will be refunded to your account. The amount you paid for shipping will NOT be refunded.

If your order value is above €60 and you did not pay shipping costs, the shipping costs (€5.94) will be deducted if you return part of your order, causing the original order amount to fall below €60.

Return Exceptions

Please note: the right of withdrawal expires for:

  1. Products ordered more than 14 days ago;
  2. Products with a limited shelf life;
  3. Products whose seal has been broken;
  4. Products that have been used after delivery;
  5. Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery;

Returns
It may happen that you wish to return an order. The consumer can cancel an agreement regarding the purchase of a product in its original packaging, with a sealed cap and without having used the product, during a reflection period of up to 14 days without stating reasons. An important condition is that the product has not been opened. During the reflection period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics. The basic principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would be allowed to in a store.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product or products. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to Rush International B.V.

Incorrect Delivery
In very rare cases, you might receive a different product than what you ordered. We will, of course, resolve this issue for you. Please contact our customer service via support@rushofficial.nl.

- Always include your name and order number in your email
- Provide us with photos of the defect and the packing slip

Warranty
Naturally, we do our best to deliver our products to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport, which is annoying! In this case, it is important to contact our customer service immediately via support@rushofficial.nl. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for a replacement free of charge.

What if your order is automatically returned?
When you place an order, you will receive a Track & Trace code for the shipment via email. The responsibility for tracking the shipment lies with you, the customer. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be taken to a PostNL pick-up point. If the package is not picked up, it will automatically be returned to RUSH (at our expense).

Order not received anymore?
If you then cancel the order, the purchase amount of the products will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order value is above €60 and you did not pay shipping costs, the shipping costs (€5.94) will be deducted.

Still want to receive your order?
If you still wish to receive the order, shipping costs will be charged again.
